🌸 Born to a family of high status within Ul'Dah society, Mira wanted for nothing but certainly was not pampered, earning her keep from a young age as was the way of her people. Mother a High Arcanist and a devote follower of Llymlaen with a love for the sea, father a high ranking member of the Immortal Flames. The magics of Eorzea did not suit her despite her mother's desires, affection for sword play shining through after constantly sneaking out late at night to watch her father practice in the barracks from a tender age, perfecting the ancient arts of the Samurai passed down the Selos line from their native lands of Hingashi. Despite his desires to bear a son worthy of his succession he was left with only a daughter, a son manning the helm of the Selos line until this day.🌸 As soon as she was able Mira accustom herself to the feel of cold steel against her fingertips, a katana much like her fathers own as she struck a training dummy outside the Ul'dah Steps stables. One fateful night her father stumbled upon the spectacle in astonishment and instead of meeting her with swift outrage when approached could not feel more honored, ashamed in the neglect of his daughter's devotion. "I wish to uphold all that is dear to you father, to learn the ways of the Selos clan and honor our family line." From that day forward she was no longer a mere member of the Selos family but would be trained to uphold the ways of the Bushido creed as a noble Samurai.🌸 At the age of sixteen Mira was ready to take her first leap forward into the waking worlds of Eorzea on her own feet with her parent's blessings. Carving a path for herself she set off to join the Grand Company of the Immortal Flames like her father before her in his youth. Ul'dah was a land of rich opportunities, filled with countless vagrants and beasts alike worthy of honing her skills. She constantly strived to prove to her father that a woman could uphold the Selos lineage with sincerity and loyalty until met with an honorable death. Such were the ways of her Raen forbearers, Kami guiding her path in the journeys ahead as she grew into an esteemed warrior as the years passed by.

🌸 'Flame Champion' Gallius Selos (Father) Upon leaving his native homeland of Doma to pursue glory and riches alike, Gallius came to Ul'Dah without land or title before joining the ranks of the Immortal Flames as a young teenage boy determined to prove his worth. It was during his trails that he befriended one Raubahn Aldynn, a mere gladiator during this time who was arrested for suspected espionage but knew this not to be true as he came to know the other better. The pair became good friends and when Raubahn earned his place in the Syndicate did not forget the kindness and respect his friend showed him during tough times. Gallius quickly rose through the ranks of the Immortal Flames to become a Flame Champion, bestowed upon the title, "Truth Seeker" for his immeasurable service to the crown and sought the truth behind corruption.🌸 'High Arcanist'Deria Selos (Mother) A kindred soul down to the core, Deria is an Ul'Dah native who grew up within the upper Echelons of society as an aristocrat. Taught from a young age the ancient ways of magics she became a powerful arcanist as she grew older and wiser. Seeking knowledge in both religious and magical nature, Deria used her superior intellect to help the Syndicate mold Ul'Dah into the prosperous and bustling city it is today from behind the scenes. Her and Gallius' paths crossed when praise from both Raubahn and the citizens befell her, the pair quick to fall in love not only because of their similar cultures as Au Ra's but the ambitions they both harbored.
